In 2008, our founder Mark Thompson was dealing with hard water issues in his own home. After experiencing the frustration of scale buildup, dry skin, and expensive appliance repairs, he asked a simple question: “Why should families have to live with poor water quality?”
What started as a personal quest for better water became a mission to help families throughout our community. Mark realized that many homeowners were struggling with the same water quality issues but didn’t know where to turn for honest, reliable solutions.
With a background in engineering and a passion for helping others, Mark founded AquaPure Solutions with a commitment to providing transparent, educational service that puts customer needs first.
